Overview
EIT Water Iberian Peninsula accelerates innovation in water reuse, green-blue infrastructure and irrigation across Portugal and Spain. Based in Málaga, our regional hub strengthens Mediterranean water system resilience, fosters EU–Africa cooperation and supports market uptake of sustainable water technologies.
In 2026, the EIT Water Iberian Peninsula host is Innova IRV, a Spanish innovation agency that enhances business competitiveness, attracts strategic investment and supports technology-based companies dedicated to sustainable water management and the circular economy.
